University Health and Counseling Services, COVID Vaccine Clinic closed over holiday weekend

University Health and Counseling Services and the COVID Vaccine Clinic will be closed from today (Nov. 23) at 3 p.m. until Monday, Nov. 28, at 9 a.m. Secure messages and emails will not be answered during this time.

Students can call 216.368.2450 for medical advice or 216.368.5872 to speak to the counselor on-call. In addition, counseling and medical televisits are available 24/7 through TimelyCare at timelycare.com/cwru.

For emergencies, please call 911 (off-campus) or 216.368.3333 (on-campus).

COVID-19 testing

Due to the university holiday, no COVID-19 PCR tests are currently not being run. Testing will resume Monday, Nov. 28. Please do not submit any PCR tests before Sunday, Nov. 27.

CWRU community members are welcome to take rapid antigen kits. Please note that vending machines will not be filled during the holiday. Restocking will resume Monday, Nov. 28. Rapid antigen kits also are available for a cost at local pharmacies.
