University Counseling Services now is offering free, 45-minute wellness-themed and behavioral health workshops to students during the spring semester.
Wellness-themed workshops will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. in Sears Library Building, Room 350, and on Tuesdays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. in Sears Library Building, Room 220.
Topics will include “Giving Yourself a Break,” “Building Confidence,” “Positive Thinking,” “Power Naps and Sleep” and more.
Behavioral health programs will take place on the second floor of the University Health Service building on Fridays at 3:30 p.m. These courses will focus primarily on meditation training.
