The Swetland Center for Environmental Health’s next Swetland Seminar series event will feature a discussion titled “Understanding Food Systems from a Life Cycle Perspective” Monday, July 27, from 9 to 10 a.m.
Eun Kyung Lee, a postdoctoral scholar with the Swetland Center, will discuss the environmental impacts associated with crop production in the U.S. Midwest, as well as respiratory effects associated with residential proximity to biorefineries in New York state.
