The Turning Point sculpture will be reinstalled on the East Bell Commons site, south of the Peter B. Lewis Building and the School of Law. The sculpture will be delivered and installed this week, weather permitting.
Some parking meters on the east side of East Boulevard will be bagged through Friday, July 19.
During the week of July 22, the lighting and concrete pad at the base of the sculpture will be completed.
