Bon Appétit Management Company welcomes three new partners to campus this semester.
The Roaming Biscuit is now open at BRB Café, selling freshly baked biscuit breakfast sandwiches, cinnamon roll-style biscuit and a traditional biscuit with your choice of toppings. FujiSan is now open at Tomlinson Marketplace selling hand-rolled sushi, poke bowls and Asian-style chicken bowls.
PK at CWRU is now open inside Tinkham Veale University Center and serves southern-style comfort food, such as chicken and waffles, mac n’ cheese, shrimp and grits and more.
