Join the African American Society for a discussion on “The Oversexualization and Demonization of Black People” Thursday, March 18, from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
This discussion will address how those within the Black community are constantly demonized while being simultaneously oversexualized by the media.
The goal for this conversation is to tackle some of the ways in which we can recognize this issue while finding ways to reclaim and repurpose our image.
