The 2023 benelect open enrollment period runs from today (Nov. 7) to Wednesday, Nov. 30.
The 2023 Benelect Guide, the new premium rate sheets and instructions for making elections in the online enrollment system are now available online. The guide and open enrollment materials are no longer printed nor will be sent via campus mail. CWRU employees must complete open enrollment by Wednesday, Nov. 30.
The Benefits and Wellness Fair will be held during the first week of open enrollment today (Nov. 7) through Friday, Nov. 11. The Department of Human Resources will offer the Benefits Fair in a hybrid format. You will have the opportunity to connect in-person with onsite representatives from medical and investment carriers at the Tinkham Veale University Center during the following timeframes:
- Today (Nov. 7) from 9 to 11 a.m.
- Tuesday, Nov. 8, from 2 to 5 p.m.
You will also have access to virtual presentations, live webinars where you can ask questions in real time and other helpful resources offered throughout the week. To view the schedule of virtual presentations during the fair, visit the open enrollment website.
Raffle and free guest week (Nov. 7 to Nov. 11)
Take a chance to win a raffle prize by registering daily on the open enrollment site. All participants who enter the raffle will get one coupon for a free smoothie at One to One Fitness Center’s Recovery Zone. Employees are also invited to a free guest week at One to One Fitness Center as part of the fair. Enjoy 28,000 square feet of cardiovascular, machine and free weights, and functional training and group exercise classes (in-person, virtual or recorded). To access the facility, fill out the online guest form (new guests only) or bring your CWRU employee ID.
