Are you looking for motivating, fun, guided and effective ways to be regularly active? One to One Fitness Center is seeking feedback on group fitness activities.
One to One Fitness Center’s instructor-led group workouts are designed to help participants safely reach their fitness goals. Options include yoga, HIIT, pilates, tai chi, Zumba, barre, cycling, jump rope and more.
All fitness levels are welcome and classes are offered in person, virtually and via recording.
Members of the Case Western Reserve University community are invited to take a brief survey to share what class formats, days and times they are most interested in. Those who complete the survey will have a chance to win one of two $25 gift cards to One to One Fitness Center.
