Summer barbecue

The summer barbecue season will kick off Wednesday, June 7, with an American BBQ-themed menu and music by Austin Walkin’ Cane. The barbecue will be held in Tomlinson Marketplace due to rain.

The menu will feature all-beef hamburgers, bratwurst and garden burgers. Sides will be local butter lettuce salad, macaroni salad, macaroni and cheese and grilled corn on the cob. For dessert, there will be assorted ice cream novelties.

Each meal will be $8 per person and include the chef’s entree choice, sides and an ice cream novelty of choice. Cold beverages will be available at an extra cost of $1.50.

Cash, credit cards, Case Cash and CaseCharge will be accepted.

Barbecues will be held this summer June 7, June 21 and July 12 from from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Case Quad outside Tomlinson Hall. Tomlinson Marketplace will be the rain site. 

Bon Appetit, the Office of Summer Programs, Campus Services and Plant Services will sponsor the barbecues.
