Members of the community are invited to join Bon Appétit Management Co. for a summer barbecue today (June 15) from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Case Quad between Adelbert and Tomlinson Halls.
The menu features three entree options: lime chicken burger, flat iron steak and black bean burger. The following sides will be offered:
- Chimichurri bean salad;
- Tomato red onion cucumber salad;
- Spiced chili corn; and
- Stewed pinto beans.
Several condiments will be available, including pico de gallo, roasted tomatillo salsa, sour cream, guacamole, cilantro ranch and more.
The barbecue costs $9.50 for a combo meal with a beverage and ice cream. Extra protein costs $4, ice cream is $2 and bottled water and canned soda are $1.50.
