Case Western Reserve University will again host summer barbecues with food and live entertainment. Each barbecue will be Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on the Case Quad between Adelbert Hall and Amasa Stone Chapel. In case of rain, the event will be held in Tomlinson Marketplace.
The remaining barbecue events will have a revamped menu, which will include a choice of a New Creations Farm hamburger or cheeseburger, pulled pork, pulled chicken or a black bean burger, with coleslaw, corn on the cob, baked beans, house-made kettle chips, a beverage and a dessert (cookies or ice cream).
Meals will be $8.50 per person. Bottled water and canned beverages will be available for an additional $1.50.
The next barbecue will take place June 27 and feature a performance from Brent Kirby, a folk and Americana musician. The other barbeques will be held July 11 and July 25.
