Students: See if your group is eligible to be listed as a cause for #GivingTuesdayatCWRU

The Office of Annual Giving looks to partner with student groups to promote their project or organization during the #GivingTuesdayatCWRU campaign, which is Case Western Reserve’s take on #GivingTuesday, an international day of philanthropy.

This year, the campaign will take place Nov. 27. Last year’s efforts at CWRU joined together 26 causes, which collectively raised more than $20,000.

To determine if your group is eligible, answer yes to the following questions:

  1. Will your funds stay on campus? (As opposed to being transferred to another non-profit organization.)
  2. Are your group members willing to actively participate and publicize your project among their networks?
  3. Does your project have a compelling story or cause?
