Ketan Jolly and Wynne Zheng, student members of the Universal Health Aid Cleveland organization, wrote an opinion piece for cleveland.com on the lead-poisoning crisis in Cleveland.
Titled, “All Clevelanders need to step up to help wipe out childhood lead poisoning,” their piece demanded a broad citizen engagement to speed up the process for lead abatement due to old homes containing lead paint. They called for the city to put an emphasis on the health and futures of Cleveland’s children and spread awareness of the issue at a mass scale.
