As part of Employee Appreciation Month, there will be 30-minute Stretch at Your Workstation routine designed to help employees feel better and ready for the workday. This session will be held Friday, March 19, at 10:30 a.m.
The session will start out with dynamic—or moving—stretches to help counteract the stresses of sitting. The second half of the session will consist of static—or holding—stretches for those body parts most affected by desk or computer work. Attendees should bring a chair, preferably without wheels.
