Stay active with One to One Fitness Center’s free virtual group exercise classes

Regular exercise is important for both physical and mental health. As you stay safe indoors, Case Western Reserve University’s One to One Fitness Center invites students to participate in free virtual group exercise classes, including yoga, HIIT, muscle conditioning, kettlebell Pilates mat, Tai Chi, Qigong, and Zumba. Instructors will provide suggestions on items from your room you can use, like backpacks, pillows, blankets, laundry detergent bottles, etc. Modifications are given for all exercise levels.

Free virtual classes will be held from through Monday, Nov. 30. Reserve your classes online through MINDBODY and choose the “CWRU Students Free Virtual Pass” option (for $0). The Zoom link will be sent 30 minutes prior to the class.

One to One Fitness Center is open throughout break with the strictest safety measures and discounted student rates. In-person classes will be offered in Adelbert Gym, as well as virtual or in-person personal training, equipment rentals, and more.
