The university farm will launch its free “First Thursdays at the Farm” series Thursday, June 5, from 5 to 8 p.m.
Guests and their families can expect an evening of live music, children’s activities, educational demonstrations and presentations, tours, food and a farmers market. Attendees are encouraged to bring a picnic basket to enjoy while at the farm.
Transportation via shuttle will be provided and will depart from in front of Thwing Center several times over the course of the event.
The event will continue the first Thursday of every month: July 3, Aug. 7 and Sept. 4
