”Speaking of Privacy” information sessions now available to view online

Since last July, the University Compliance Office has presented monthly privacy-related information sessions for Case Western Reserve University employees to learn best practice tips to apply to their jobs. The popular “Speaking of Privacy” sessions have been video-recorded and are now available for employees to view at their convenience.

Visit the Compliance Office’s website for links to the presentations on privacy issues in higher education, best practices relating to student educational records (FERPA), and the use and management of health records (HIPAA).

Prefer live training? If interested, a representative from the university can come to individual departments or operational area to present a group training session on one of the above topics, or another privacy-related topic.
