Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers to share Latin American recipes during Hispanic Heritage Month

The Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers invites members of the Case Western Reserve University to learn from a professional Peruvian chef during its “Showcasing Latin American Cuisine” series for Hispanic Heritage Month. 

Every Friday at noon from Sept. 18 to Oct. 16, the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers will release one or two Latin American recipes along with a video of a professional chef making the food.
