Honor the change of seasons and learn the significance behind it in an event from Next Level Fitness Studio to balance the mind, body and spirit.
The studio will host a 60-minute, relaxing, all-levels slow flow yoga class accompanied by relaxing meditation music to help bring balance to the body. Immediately following the yoga session, there will be a 30-minute guided imagery meditation as the instructor plays a set of hand-made Tibetan singing bowls and quartz crystal bowls.
The event will take place Friday, March 22, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Next Level Fitness Studio. Next Level members always save 10 percent off workshops.
