Create a team of three to four people and sign up for the chance to win cash prizes at the Engineers Week Women in Science and Engineering Roundtable (WISER) Light Bulb Drop.
In the competition, teams will build a contraption that allows a light bulb to withstand a drop down several floor levels of the Kelvin Smith Library. WISER will provide the necessary materials.
The competition will be held Thursday, Feb. 25, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Kelvin Smith Library, Room LL06.
A representative from General Electric will judge the contest.
Food will be provided.
