Take a virtual global tour with Worldwide Wellness, a 12-week exercise incentive program offered through Case Western Reserve University’s Wellness Program.
Individuals or small groups of four- to six-members are encouraged to exercise most days of the week anywhere and any way they like. Then, participants simply log that activity. Participants will earn extra mileage for making smart money decisions and finding a way to use their personal strengths each weekday.
Worldwide Wellness also offers “Thrive Thursdays” to all teams. This is an extra activity that the team can do together (virtually) to gain extra points in the team competition.
Almost 600 benefits-eligible faculty and staff competed in Coast to Coast, the 12-week incentive program offered in January 2020. These competitions are the most popular offering from the Wellness Program annually.
A random drawing of 25 participants who successfully complete the program by April 11 will be offered prizes and the top three teams will be treated to a group lunch on campus (once we are safely back).
Worldwide Wellness kicks off Monday, Jan. 18. Registration is open online. The final day for faculty and staff to register is Monday, Jan. 25.
