The Laura and Alvin Siegal Lifelong Learning Program at Case Western Reserve University is offering a range of events throughout the summer on or near the University Circle campus or at the program’s satellite location at 26500 Shaker Blvd. in Beachwood.
The program’s first series, “Shakespeare: Galvanizer of Music,” will take place on Wednesdays, May 8-29, from 1:30-3:30 p.m. at the College Club, 2348 Overlook Road in Cleveland Heights.
This series will feature Plain Dealer music and dance critic Donald Rosenberg, who will explore the impact of Shakespeare on more than 200 operas, thousands of songs, Broadway shows and orchestral works.
