Harvard University’s Josh Meyers, who is the Harry Starr Fellow in Judaica, will offer a remote course titled “Jews and Revolutions” through the Siegal Lifelong Learning Program.
The course will be held Mondays from June 8 to June 29 from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
The link between Jews and revolution is often taken for granted, yet in practice has been far more tumultuous. This course will explore the ways revolutionary thinkers understood Jews and Jewish identity, and the assumptions that underlay their approaches.
