The Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers will host SHPE Passion Pitch today (Feb. 23) from 7 to 8 p.m. for E-Week
This TED Talk-style event will give students an opportunity to share their passions and their impact on the community. Participants will have a chance to win first-, second- and third-place prizes. The prizes will be:
- First: Amazon Echo
- Second: Fire TV Stick Lite
- Third: Mini waffle maker
Those who present will receive a $10 gift card.
To be eligible for prizes, individuals must talk about their passion and how it positively impacts the community for a maximum of five minutes.
