The Schubert Center for Child Studies’ lecture series will continue with a talk by Richard Krugman, titled “Fifty Years After ‘The Battered Child’: What’s Left To Do?”
Krugman is vice chancellor for the Office of Health Affairs at the University of Colorado. His talk will be given as a part of University Hospitals’ Pediatric Grand Rounds.
During the presentation, Krugman will review the highlights and lowlights of 50 years of child abuse research, practice and policy development, and he’ll suggest directions for the future.
The event, which will take place in the Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital Rainbow Amphitheater, will be Thursday, April 25, from 8 to 9 a.m.
Information and registration can be found on the Schubert Center’s website.
