Crain’s Cleveland Business: Atotech Deutschland GmbH is working with CWRU to develop a way to make semiconductors smaller than any on the market today. “This is multidisciplinary research; one needs to understand metal structures, chemical reactions, surface interactions, and fluid dynamics. It’s at the interface of different disciplines,” said Uziel Landau, chair of the chemical engineering department.
