The Sun: Kevin McMunigal, professor of law, said the prosecution is motivated to keep the trial of the man accused in the murder of four University of Idaho students short. “The longer the trial takes, the easier it is for the jury to get confused by things,” McMunigal said. “I would suspect the prosecutors will move along relatively quickly.”
