Campus community members frustrated or stressed with school, politics, work or family can let out their frustration at a yoga session Saturday, April 6, from 1:30 to 3:15 p.m. at Next Level Fitness Studio.
The instructor will lead attendees through a yoga and meditation practice with intervals of physical “bash and smash” to vent frustration. Participants will learn practical tools for how to use anger and frustration to spark change and ignite peace.
Those interested should bring a yoga mat (or borrow one from the studio) as well as an item or picture that reminds them of their frustration and a journal.
Advanced registration costs $30. Registration at the door will cost $35. Next Level members will receive a 10 percent discount.
