Quit smoking this summer with online program

Overcoming an addiction to tobacco can be challenging. Most people need to try multiple times before they stay smoke free. The LivingFree program from SelfHelpWorks is an online class based in cognitive behavioral therapy.

This program allows participants to discover why they really use tobacco, destroy self-defeating thoughts and end their urge to smoke.

Composed of 12 video-based sessions, split into short segments, LivingFree is completely confidential and free to benefits-eligible CWRU faculty and staff.

The classes can be completed anytime on a PC, tablet or smartphone.

CWRU wellness participants who complete this program will be eligible for the $100 Tobacco Cessation Program incentive. The wellness program also offers in-person and phone-based tobacco cessation programs. Learn more about those programs at case.edu/wellness/campus-programs/tobacco-cessation/.
