Students are invited to a free hour of Power Yoga Wednesday, Oct. 30, at 7 p.m. in Thwing Center’s Multipurpose Room. An instructor from One to One Fitness Center will lead the class.
Mats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.Participants should register on CampusGroups.
The Office of Thwing Center Engagement and Operations will offer the event.
