Elevate your mental and physical health by joining Lindsay Morris, a Master of Nursing student, for power vinyasa yoga classes in Samson Pavilion on Tuesdays from 4 to 5 p.m. The sessions will be held on the third-floor southwest nursing corner.
Attendees should show up five minutes before class to set up their mats. Chairs also will be available for chair yoga.
All are welcome; individuals can join in person or via Zoom.
