During the week of Feb. 17, a sample of students, faculty and staff members will receive an email from associate provost and university librarian Arnold Hirshon with an invitation to participate in the Kelvin Smith Library User Satisfaction Survey.
The survey is designed to learn more about the experiences of library users and measure satisfaction with Kelvin Smith Library resources. The results will provide valuable information to enhance resources, services and spaces. Responses will remain confidential and will not have any impact on the participant’s standing with the university.
Each person who completes the survey will receive a coupon for a free beverage from Cramelot Café. In addition, every 50th person to complete the survey will be awarded a $50 gift card. At the conclusion of the survey, all participants will be entered in a grand prize drawing for a chance to win an iPad mini.
Check your Case Western Reserve University email to see if you are a selected participant. The library’s survey will be open until March 21.
