Participate in a Professional Development Center training this spring

Advance your career with confidence with help from the Professional Development Center (PDC), which offers free resources to help faculty and staff members get ahead. The PDC aims to provide Case Western Reserve University employees with comprehensive, high-quality learning and development resources that advance the performance of the individual and the university.

Many opportunities remain this spring for faculty and staff members to participate in a training session. Topics to be covered include time management, team building, delegation, and hybrid work culture and management. Sign up for a spring training session; workshops will take a pause during summer.

The PDC also is partnering with the Wellness Program to provide programming that can be used to earn a Wellness Program Incentive in the career well-being category. Using one’s strengths every day and maximizing professional potential enhances overall well-being and helps increase enjoyment and engagement at work. The PDC has several options to help faculty and staff members work toward earning this Wellness Program Incentive and develop their skills. View the program opportunities and how to work toward the incentive with the PDC.

Keep up to date with PDC programming by signing up for the center’s newsletter.
