“Overcoming Barriers to Exercise”

Those looking to incorporate more exercise into their daily routines during the holiday season and in the new year are invited to join the Administrative Professionals Network for “Overcoming Barriers to Exercise.”

Mary Ann Dobbins, wellness coordinator, will share tips and strength and stretching activities participants can try.

The event will be held Tuesday, Dec. 4, from noon to 1 p.m. in Kelvin Smith Library Building, Room LL-06.
