One to One Fitness will host a four-week virtual series—”Stretch and Meditate”—with Deanna Black on Tuesdays from April 26-May 17 from 7:30 to 8:15 p.m.
The series is designed to encourage mental and physical wellnessand help participants reduce stress they might be experiencing due to current events, the end of the semester, making summer plans, COVID-19, or family and work obligations.
Wind down your day with simple restorative poses, stretching, breath work, and awareness of the senses, and prepare for a good night’s sleep.
One to One Fitness members: $10 per class or $35 for the four-class series
Non-members: $12 per class or $42 for the four-class series
