Are you serious about strength training, but need help with your technique? One to One Fitness Center will host Learn to Lift Powerlifting workshops with a series of sessions this month.
In this small group class, participants will learn proper training concepts to safely and efficiently maximize their potential under the guidance of trainers Ben Parks and Kieonna Peake. Parks and Peake are both nationally ranked, state record-holding powerlifters.
Three sessions will be held each week on squat, bench and deadlift.
The workshops are open to the public; One to One Fitness Center membership is not required. Each class costs $5.
