Many have been stuck at home and feeling the stress of events surrounding the pandemic and self-isolation. Exercise can not only boost physical health, but an individual’s mental state as well.
In the spirit of social distancing, One to One Fitness Center running coach Jason Chuhay will virtually guide individuals safely from their couch to a 5K or 10K by July 4 weekend in the virtual Couch to 5K/10K Training Program.
The eight-week training program includes:
The ability to record your runs, receive feedback and motivation via Strava (free app)
Discounted gait analysis
Discounted virtual personal training
Virtual 5K or 10K the weekend of July 4
A medal for completing the program
The Couch to 5K program costs $50 for members of One to One Fitness Center or Next Level Fitness Studio and $60 for non-members. The Couch to 10K costs $80 for members of One to One Fitness Center or Next Level Fitness Studio and $90 for non-members.
