One to One Fitness Center has a new, expanded group exercise schedule. Members of the community are invited to join the center’s certified instructors for yoga, Zumba, HIIT, cycle, kettlebell, tai chi and more. Membership is not required to participate.
In-person classes will be held outdoors with proper social distancing and safety measures in place.
Virtual classes will be hosted via Zoom and individuals can join in from anywhere.
Class recordings also are available to those who sign up for sessions. They will receive the class recording, which can be viewed for 24 hours.
One to One Fitness Center members receive unlimited access to classes at no charge. Drop-in, 10-pack and monthly unlimited class passes also are available for non-members.
