Those who would like some help reaching their summer health and wellness goals are welcome to participate in the Get Fit for Life program at One to One Fitness Center. Beginning the week of June 11, there will be two program options to meet different needs: Couch to Confidence and Get Fit with Exercise.
Couch to Confidence is an eight-week beginner program that will introduce participants to different activities and provide access to One to One Fitness. Register for Couch to Confidence.
The Get Fit with Exercise program offers participants eight weeks of personal training, access to One to One Fitness, pre- and post-fitness assessments and more. Register for the Get Fit with Exercise Program.
