The Office of Student Activities & Leadership empowers all Spartans to be present and actively engaged in contributing to campus life, which leads to personal exploration, leadership development and school pride.
A wide range of leadership programming aimed at developing student leaders and giving all students the opportunity to expand their leadership skills and knowledge base is available.
The office believes all CWRU Spartans already have what it takes to be effective leaders. And now, the SpartanLEADS program is here to help students explore, discover and own their authentic style of leadership.
Through the SpartanLEADS program, the office can help individuals who would like to offer a leadership development workshop for their organization, department or group.
The office’s staff has a wide range of areas of expertise and Student Activities & Leadership ambassadors are well versed in many student organization/leadership needs.
The staff can talk with individuals about the different options for offering a workshop or share resources for individuals to develop and lead their own workshop.
