The Office of Faculty Development and the Newcomers Group invite all faculty members to attend the Annual Wine Tasting Thursday, May 1, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Thwing Center Hart Crane Reading Room. At this popular annual event, attendees can enjoy a sampling of nine wines and hearty hors d’oeuvres, followed by dessert and coffee. The group’s resident expert, Phillip Taylor, the Perkins Professor of Physics, will present the wines. All faculty, spouses/partners and friends are welcome.
The cost is $17 per person, or $5 without wine. An online RSVP and pre-payment are due by Friday, April 25. Cash payment may be hand delivered, or checks made out to Case Western Reserve University Faculty Development can be sent by campus mail to Amanda Shaffer, director of the Office of Faculty Development, Bellflower Hall, Room 101 (location code 7171).
