Hope Barkoukis, chair of the Department of Nutrition at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, recently appeared on an episode of the “Eat Better Food Today!” podcast. 

In a 43-minute episode titled “Keep-It-Simple, Eat with Others, Lifestyle Medicine, Learn What You Can Eat,” Barkoukis discussed the new teaching kitchen at CWRU and a variety of other nutrition topics relevant to a general audience.
