Nominations for the John S. Diekhoff Awards for Graduate Teaching and Mentoring are now being accepted and must be received by Feb. 11. Up to four awards are given annually: two awards for distinguished graduate teaching and two awards for distinguished graduate mentoring.
To be eligible for the graduate teaching award, the faculty member must have a primary appointment in a department awarding degrees through the School of Graduate Studies and must have taught a graduate course in the last three years.
Nominations for the graduate mentoring award must be made by a student directly advised/mentored by the faculty member. The faculty member must also have a primary or secondary appointment in a department awarding degrees through the School of Graduate Studies.
Nominate a teacher or mentor by Feb. 11.
