This summer, many faculty and staff may be feeling the stress of transitioning back to work on campus this fall. The Wellness Team has put together an eight-week series, “Positively Powerful: Tools to Manage Transitions” on Wednesdays at noon. Starting on Wednesday, June 23, join in for lively weekly discussions of topics like The Power of Intentions, Energy Balance and Gratitude Journaling.
