National Public Health Week is April 5–11. Members of the community are invited to join various Case Western Reserve University student organizations this week for daily events.
A raffle for a Mitchell’s Ice Cream gift card will be held at the end of the week for those who attended events throughout the week. Individuals must register for the events through CampusGroups to be counted toward the raffle.
The following events are part of National Public Health Week at CWRU.

Join CWRU Public Health Association and Undergraduate Health Sciences Collaborative in a safe space for open dialogue on recent movements and events surrounding racial injustices.
“Galvanizing Climate Justice”
Thursday, April 8
Take a break and watch a TED Talk on climate justice with CWRU Public Health Association.
“COVID-19 Resilience”
Friday, April 9
Sponsored by Post Graduate Planning and Experiential Education, pick up some free snacks (doughnuts and hot cocoa) outside of Leutner Commons (Northside) on Friday while receiving mental health resources.
“Uplifting Mental Health and Wellness”
Saturday, April 10
Join the CWRU Wilderness Society and Master of Public Health student representatives for a socially distanced walk. More information will be sent out in the days before Saturday.
“Elevating the Essential & Health Workforce”
Sunday, April 11
Join the CWRU Public Health Association to learn how you can take action and advocate for better working conditions for our workforce.
