Ian Neeland of Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine discussed tips for the prevention and management of heart failure on Cardi-OH Radio’s podcast, “Managing Heart Failure Risk in Your Patient With Hypertension and Diabetes.”
In the podcast, Neeland shared tools to predict heart failure risk and talked about treatment targets for hypertension to reduce the risk of heart failure. He also discussed medication classes with evidence for positive outcomes in patients with diabetes and heart failure. Neeland was joined by Deborah Gordish of The Ohio State University.
