Make healthy behavior changes in new Wellness Program offering

Build lasting and resilient healthy behavior habits in “Creating Habits for Resilience,” a new Wellness Program series. Over eight consecutive Wednesdays, faculty and staff will join Linda Fogg-Phillips, director of the Tiny Habits Academy, for an engaging and interactive learning experience.

Each participant will design their own practice by tapping into emotions and focus mapping. Strategies will be given for resilient lifestyle change without having to rely on willpower. Fogg-Phillips is a nationally recognized and sought after presenter. Her one-hour Pearl Habits webinar offered to the campus community earlier in 2021 received positive feedback.

“Creating Habits for Resilience,” offered via Zoom, kicks off July 14.
