Parchment Transcript and QuikPay services will be briefly unavailable in the coming days.
Parchment Transcript processing services, the platform used by students to order transcripts, will be unavailable to users from 2 to 5 a.m. on Sunday, July 17. This planned, temporary outage will allow University Technology (UTech) to conduct scheduled maintenance.
QuikPay services will be unavailable to users from 1:15 to 4:15 a.m. Monday, July 18. During this planned, temporary outage, UTech and the QuikPay vendor will conduct scheduled maintenance.
Users attempting to reach the QuikPay service while it is offline will see a maintenance announcement asking them to try again later. QuikPay is the online system used by students and other authorized users to conduct billing-related credit card transactions.
