Faculty and staff have a chance to get a snapshot of their health status by completing a free and confidential Health Risk Assessment this fall.
The Health Risk Assessment, or HRA, is a comprehensive and private questionnaire that creates a personalized risk profile. The HRA is available online and can be completed anywhere with secure internet access. At just under 60 questions, this test takes about 10-20 minutes to complete.
Those who have already completed the biometric screening will have their measurements, such as weight and cholesterol, automatically loaded into their Staywell HRA. Those questions can be left blank if the data is not known at the time the assessment is being completed.
The HRA is one of the three activities to complete for faculty and staff who are choosing university health benefits and want to be considered wellness participants in 2020. Wellness participants earn an additional $25 monthly. Participants will need to complete the HRA, biometric screening and tobacco attestation on or before Nov. 30.
