The Administrative Professionals Network will hold its next meeting on Thursday, Nov. 14, from noon to 1 p.m. in Kelvin Smith Library, Room LL06, with optional networking from 11:45 a.m. to noon, and again from 1 to 1:15 p.m.
The topic for this meeting is “Perspectives on Workplace Wellness.” Elizabeth Click, assistant professor of nursing and the university’s medical director, will lead the session with Ben Parks from 121 Fitness. The two will discuss ways to be ergonomic at work and exercise at in the workplace. In addition, there will be a raffle for a one-month membership to 121 Fitness.
Attendees are welcome to bring a lunch; snacks and water will be provided.
